Maria and Ricardo Fonseca: (Colombia), Ricardo is Mechanical Engineer and Maria Consuelo Diseñadora Gráfica. They bought the traditional plan: they studied good careers and in good Universities thinking that with this they would reach the economic stability that they were dreaming. Ricardo was getting out of debt like General Manager of a multinational company in Colombia. Maria Consuelo devoted herself to the children and to the house and it never had need to reach port with additional income because Ricardo's salary was quite high, nevertheless the debts also.
Returning from a few holidays in August, 2002 the President of the company it called it and said to him that it had become very costly for them, that the salary was bending to the half if he wanted to continue, resigned thinking that it was going to be easy to obtain another employment... "I met the sad reality that at the age of 43 was already old for the Colombian and Latin-American labor market and also sobrecalificado". They tried the economic independence with several business and it did not give them result, to a few months they were broken and with an uncertain future. They knew this one opportunity and they did not have anything that to lose, they began part-time and today they make it on time finished, work together from the house and they could already have begun paying his debts. "we see our clearest future and know that only it depends on us".
